Questions hosts ask
Do my guests need to install anything?
No. It's a web page. They tap the link in your message and it opens in their browser.
Is the door code safe on a public link?
The code is never on the public guide. It only appears on the personal link you create for one guest, from their arrival day until checkout. Before and after, the link shows a friendly note instead. Change the code in your host space and every upcoming guest gets the new one.
Does it work with Airbnb, Booking.com and direct bookings?
Yes. It's a link, so it goes anywhere you message guests: Airbnb's scheduled messages, Booking.com, WhatsApp or email.
I have more than one flat.
Each flat gets its own guide. They can share your favourite places so you only describe them once.
Can I change things myself?
Yes. Log in to your host space at bookli.ma/app with your email: the code, the Wi-Fi, the house tips, your videos and your voice note, with a live preview. For new places nearby, send them on WhatsApp.
I don't have time to film videos.
Your guide works without them. Each step shows a small animated drawing instead, and you can add a video whenever you have five minutes. Two videos, the building and the lock, already save a lot of calls.
Which languages?
English, French and Arabic. You pick the language when you add a guest, and they can switch at any time.
